the big one

sofia has refused the high chair and has moved up to the "big chair"...
i think she's a little excited...what do you think?
now if the big chairs only had seat belts to keep in there for the whole meal...in fact, the more i think about it, i could use seat belts on all the chairs at the table. we could make it through the meal without potty breaks and "excuses" a whole lot easier.

off to find a few seat belts....

Seat belts is a great idea....I need those too. She is so cute! Stopping by from SITS.

She looks estatic, or however you spell it. So, so cute. My older kids still fall out of their chairs occasionally. Seatbelts wouldn't be such a bad idea.....hum.........:)

when we were traveling to raise support and didn't have a high chair we would use jon's belt to strap finney down ;-)

I am going through the same thing. DRIVES ME NUTS. She won't sit in her seat but she won't stay still in the chair. I am about to break out The Hubs' belts.

Good Luck! She does look very HAPPY! :0)

I'll say! It was a happy day in my house when we no longer had a bulky (and ugly) high chair sitting in the dinning room.

Abby got out of hers fairly quickly too..but now we have booster seats..and two special chairs..which are much better..they fit right at the table.

Midget's in a booster that has seat belts. I'm hoping to keep her in the booster until she's at least 15...

Oh it's so fun to see kids so excited about "little" things!! I have a 3 yo who thinks he's ready to sit in a big boy chair but I say he's FAR TOO MESSY to be doing that....ugh.
