thoughtful thursday

you all did something amazing this week...i did the labor part.

you donated $250 to neuroblastoma research in honor of cora and tuesday!!!! your comments {over the 250 goal} allowed me and hubs to make that donation...and educate lots of folks along the way.

not only that, i have found some new kiddos and fams that could use prayer. so that's one of the things i did this week. i become and advocate for gwendolyn strong and her family who is fighting to get a petition signed to pass a bill quickly for a quick resolve to SMA, spinal muscular atrophy.

so go on over and do a little helping out...i know you want to because you all want to help out so much. and it only takes like 30 seconds...seriously!

Help Cure SMA

the other thing i continued this week is writing letters to parents of kiddos in the NICU and PICU. i know it's not gonna change the world, but i figure a little glimpse of hope and a smile from someone outside of your hospital world can make a little difference...and diligently praying for each of them is far more a gift than i could ever physically give.

Thank you for posting about Gwendolyn! Isn't she a cutie.

It is truly amazing what blogging mamas can do. No one should have to go through these things alone. We can be there for eachother and help make a difference.

Looks lik eyou are doing some thoughtful and amazing things for these families.

I had a baby boy that spent his entire life in the NICU. We started a foundation in his memory and our mission is to offer financial assistance to families of critically ill babies/children during their hospital stay.

Maybe we could team up and do some thoughtful things for these families. You can check out or site at www.jackryangillham.org or www.jrgfoundation.blogspot.com.
