smashed

...shaving cream balloons!
{yes, leftover from my high school girls nite}

and boy did my girlie pies have big plans for theirs.

and their plans were foiled within seconds...brooke held on tight, but jk, well, her balloon went on a little ride. but, defying physics, it did not pop. {shew}

so on to brooke...who did a major smash
and in typical brooke fashion, not by throwing, but by stomping.
and poor jada, well, dropped her balloon again...and this time did not survive.
...but a good old stomp is still in order!!!
i could learn a little lesson from that...sometimes things don't work out as planned, but there's always a way to cherish and enjoy. and maybe just stomp on the not so good with joy.

What a great idea! I'm going to have to remember this one.
Love that lesson, too. Kids have a lot to teach us grownups sometimes!

That looks fun! but, my question is... "left over from your high school girls night"... do tell!! ;)

oh and I just read something this morning that this reminds me of too... Beth Moore was saying that when our pride gets stepped on, we should ask God to just go ahead and stomp on the thing!

Oh, such darlings! I agree, maybe we just need to stomp on things with joy!

That looks like so much fun. My little guy would love to do that. Can't be any messier than the silly string that's still all over my yard from 4 days ago.

Love when kids are just happy to 'be' no matter what's going on (usually). A good stomp makes it all fun!!! I think we should do that too!!

Looks like fun. How do you get shaving cream into the balloons?

I like your last sentence the most, 'just stomp on the not so good with joy'
The pictures show how much fun they had.
