brooke's first hair cut was this week...and yes, i know she's 5 1/2. she grew hair very slow...and well, i'm cheap and not paying good money for a certificate and smile. instead, i paid good money for a snipet of her hair and a 10 minute peep of strawberry shortcake. yep...very disappointing. {my first clue should have been the very, very sweet stylist with the 80's bangs and no style.} miss 80's was going to have b walk out with her hair not even styled. grrr...after my suggestion of at leastplumping up her curls or braiding, she did a loose braid... what u can't see is the uneven part and strands of hair flying all over the place. i guess i expect too much...but she looked better when she went in than when she left. {who puts green hair ties in a girls hair??} next time...a trip to my salon...same price...and the portable DVD player! in the end, the trim was good...style was bad... but it's done and a few mcdonald's fries can cure any of my pains!
