wind and silliness

the other day the wind was so strong, it literally blew sofie over in the front yard.

ryan came home for lunch and he said, "this is the only way you'll ever get a broom to fly". and we went on our lunchy way.

we look out front and we find the girls...doing this:

when we asked...b replies, "well, if we can get this broom to fly, we have to give it a try."

and try the did...

i love that...my girlies are so creative and fun...and silly.
and where do they learn that? don't know!

and yes, in case you were wondering, we are THOSE people. oh well. we have fun. who would stifle a kids creativity by taking away an old garage broom??

go see angie for more wordful wednesday's

They are just the most precious babes! And yes, we're those people too. Who says Ryder can't wear his lizard golashes with everything, Ruby Jane can't wear her way too large tutu in the front yard and sweet Linc can't drag his blankie EVERYWHERE? Who says? We have more fun being "those people." ;D {{HUGS}}

Their imaginations are great! I hope that they will always have fun with stuff like that broom. It beats being cooped up indoors.
