vision test

this is a test...because i think i'm losing my mind. so here's what i need to know...
when you look at this picture, are there actually dishes in the sink or is it always just me that can see that.

just wanted to know...because i'm about ready to go and get my entire fam's eyes checked for clarity.

oh, one other thing, does it say anywhere on the sink "do no touch unless you are mom"?

Dishes?? What dishes?? My 13 year old has been in charge of the dishes and oh my word!!! It's lovely! He's probably starting to wonder if I can actually see them!

Seriously, it is so late and I don't have my glasses on...are there dishes in there? It looks a little fuzzy, LOL
I say that all the time about the toys everywhere. Am I the only one that sees these?
Let me know if you find those special glasses that make the kids and hubsters notice the mess. Cause my family needs 4 pairs. LOL

LOL hubby and I had a "dish" conflict. I wound up tossing them and now we're down to a couple plates and a couple of dishes. It's not pretty but it solved the problem. ;) I will say cutting steak in a cereal dish wth a butter knife is tricky though

Oh, you didn't see the sign that says "mom only"? Its there...right in the picture. ;) but in all seriousness, I think you should wash enough dishes for yourself and anyone to small to wash their own and then plead innocence when the non=helpful parties complain. "No, I didn't realize all the dishes were dirty, hmmm. Opps!" C'mon, It'd be fun!

Are they nagging you for a clean glass yet? You could always dump the dishes in their beds and see if they see that then!

lmao oh my goodness that is hillarious. I see the dishes, but maybe that's because Im a mommy too lol. It's the EXACT same way here at our house.

I say you go on strike. Put on the same rosy glasses that your family has so that you too can no longer see the dishes.

You could probably get away with using a paper plate and cup for yourself as an effective way to persuade your family to do something crazy and wash the dishes.

Mom's on strike. Who's with me?

That's really funny...and I guess you do have to have mommy eyes to see it....cuz I can see, but no one at my house can see either, nor can they see the tp roll that needs replacing. Speaking of seeing, it may be just me, but I have a hard time seeing the "post a comment" on your blog...what am I missing...yes, I got to it here, but I think I was clicking on blank space guessing where it might be...is it just ME???

Why is it that I have a dishwasher and the husband is nice enough to rinse of his dishes (some nights) but then sticks them in the other side of the sink? Isn't it just as easy to stick them IN the dishwasher? hmmmmmmm.....

I am fortunate to have a hubby with borderline-undiagnosed- but still very helpful OCD! He loves to clean the kitchen!! :) However, he seems to be slipping 'cuz I have a similar pile in my sink right now. I oughta go wake up his OCD-self and get him going! :)
I can't wait 'til the boys are old enough to have chores! Is 6months old too young? :)

I'm blessed to have a teenager who understand that if I catch 1 dish in the sink "Crazy Mom" will make an appearance. :)

I think my husband has the same eyes as your children and his sign says 'do no touch unless you're the wife'.

Your sink looks like mine! We must have that same sign posted somewhere... Let me know when you find it. Then we can destroy it.
